When you list your community here it appears across the category, city and tag pages we keep separately for Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and Facebook. Submission runs through a single form: pick the platform, enter the invite link and description, and the listing goes live once it clears review. Below is every step of that process, which links are accepted, and why submissions get rejected.
Creating an account and verifying email
You need an account to add a listing. Sign up with email and password, or use Google or Telegram sign-in. If you register by email, submissions are blocked until you click the verification link; Google and Telegram sign-ins count as verified.
This step exists to keep spam submissions out. If the verification email never arrives, you can resend it or change your address from the panel.
Invite link rules
Only the platforms' own official invite addresses are accepted: chat.whatsapp.com and wa.me for WhatsApp, t.me for Telegram, discord.gg and discord.com/invite for Discord, and facebook.com group or page addresses for Facebook. Link shorteners, redirect services and links served from your own domain are rejected by the form.
The link has to be open and working. Expired invites, or ones that only open after admin approval, send visitors to a dead page and can get your listing pulled. When you refresh your invite link, update the listing from your panel.
Writing the title and description
The title is how your listing appears both in the directory and in search results. Say what the community is about directly; decorative characters, blocks of capitals and stacked keywords do not help.
In the description, write who it suits, how often you post, and your basic rules. This text shows on the card across category pages and on your listing's own page, which is exactly where a visitor decides whether to join. Descriptions copied from another listing earn nothing in search and get flagged in review.
Picking the right category
The directory has 78 categories and every listing attaches to one main category. The category is not just a label: it decides which pages you appear on, covering the global category page, the platform-specific page, and the related city and tag pages.
Pick the closest category, not the busiest one. A wrong category may bring more impressions short term, but visitors who are not interested leave without joining, which raises your complaint rate and your risk of being delisted.
Review and reasons for rejection
A submitted listing goes to pending first and appears in the directory only after it clears review. In the meantime it is visible in your panel. You can follow the status change from there.
The most common rejection reasons are an invite link outside the allowlist or one that no longer works, a title that does not match the content, duplicates of an existing listing, and prohibited content. You can fix a rejected listing and resubmit it; the directory quality standards page lists content that is never accepted under any circumstances.
How many listings you can add
You get 2 free listings per platform, counted separately. Using both WhatsApp slots does not touch your Telegram, Discord or Facebook allowance, so across all four you can publish 8 listings for free.
If you need more, the Extra Listing package grants 10 additional slots for a one-time fee. When you run out, editing your existing listings usually beats deleting them, since a live listing does not lose its accumulated stats and search visibility.
Claiming a community already listed
Your community may have been added before you got here. In that case use the claim link on the listing page instead of creating a new entry; listing the same community twice weakens both copies.
Claiming gives you a verification code. Add that code to the public name or description of your invite page and the system picks it up and transfers the listing to your account. If the listing already has an owner, the decision is never automatic: the request goes to moderation and the current owner gets a chance to contest it.
After your listing goes live
Once live, your panel shows impressions, clicks and likes. If the click rate is low the problem is usually the title or description; sharpening the first sentence shown on the card is often what makes the difference.
Update the listing whenever you change the invite link. Dead links are checked regularly and listings that stay unreachable are removed.
FAQ
Does it cost anything to add a listing?
No. Each platform gives you 2 free listings, so using all four lets you publish 8 listings at no cost. Beyond that, a one-time Extra Listing package adds 10 more slots. Sponsorship and banner packages are entirely separate from adding listings.
How long until my listing goes live?
Every submission goes through review. You can track a pending listing from your panel; once approved it starts appearing in the directory and on the related category, city and tag pages.
Can I use a shortened link?
No. Only the platforms' official invite addresses are accepted: chat.whatsapp.com, wa.me, t.me, discord.gg, discord.com/invite and facebook.com. Shorteners and redirect services are rejected at the form step.
Can I add the same community to several categories?
Every listing has one main category. Rather than opening a second entry for the same community, pick the most accurate category; duplicates are merged or rejected.
Someone else already added my community. What now?
Use the claim link on the listing page. Add the verification code you receive to the public name or description of your invite page and the listing transfers to your account. Do not open a new listing.
